We love cycling but are not super fit at the moment so the e-bikes were fantastic. An early start meant no crowds! Honestly, if you truly want to savour Nikko and the outer area take a tour with Taka and Nikko cycling Ciel.

 Trustindex は、レビューの元のソースが Google であることを確認します。 Such an incredible tour, would be top of my list for anyone visiting Nikko. Our guide took us to locations that I would not have thought to do otherwise. He was also incredibly friendly and knowledgable about the area! We went swimming, went to a dog friendly restaurant (so many cute dogs!), made our own rice crackers with custom art, and did a matcha class. Our tour guide was also a matcha expert! At the end we did a sake tasting at a brewery, and our tour guide was able to interpret so we could learn the process of making sake, with the option of tasting different kinds at the end of the tour. We used e-bikes so we could cover a lot of distance without it being strenuous. This is possibly the highlight of my trip, I had so much fun!

We cycled to a really nice river were you could cool down in the water, then ate lunch at a really good small local restaurant. The tour also included painting your own rice cracker and drinking matcha with a beautiful view at Nikko‘s landscape. In the end we visited a sake brewery which was very interesting and tastet many different kinds of sake. But it wasn’t only the little stops that made the tour so special, the host of the tour was very kind and funny and just cycling through Nikko itself was a wonderful experience. 10/10, I definitely recommend 😊

The tour was so much fun, we went swimming in a river, ate at a really delicious local restaurant, painted rice crackers, did a matcha workshop and did a sake tasting with a sake master. All activities were amazing and the whole tour was organised perfectly. The host was super nice and generous, spoke really good English and is so much fun to be around. I would recommend this tour to everyone visiting Nikko!

日光生まれ、日光育ち。2010年にロードバイクを始め、国内各地はもちろん、カナダ、アメリカ、フランス、カンボジアでもサイクリングイベントやツアーに参加してきました。40代で早期退職し、カナダ・モントリオールに留学。その後、日光でアウトドア体験やクラフト体験を提供するOne Play-itでアウトドアガイドを務めたのち、NIKKO CYCLING Cielを立ち上げました。
